By completing checkout, you agree to all terms below. All swords, katanas and Longquan blades are handmade ornamental collectibles for display & cosplay only. No free returns for buyer’s remorse, personal dislike or size expectation mismatch, cross-border edged weapons face strict customs restriction globally, so general free return laws do not apply to our items.

1. Valid Return & Refund Conditions (7-day claim window only)

All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery, with full unboxing video and clear item photos as proof, only the below issues qualify for replacement, spare part reshipment or partial refund:

Broken blade/scabbard, missing original accessories or wrong item caused by transit damage;
Product material & construction drastically inconsistent with official listing description;
Severe factory production flaws. Natural handcraft color difference, wood grain and tiny dimensional tolerance are not counted as defects and non-refundable.

2. Final Sale Non-Returnable Items (No Exception)

All custom-made swords with engraving, bespoke scabbard or customized blade: non-refundable once production starts under all circumstances;
Clearance sale, limited-edition collectibles and sample discounted goods;
Items damaged by buyer’s self-sharpening, modification, improper storage or rough use;
Packages seized or confiscated by destination customs: all losses fall on purchaser, no refund or free reshipment.

3. Mandatory Return Rules

Returned merchandise must stay unused, scratch-free, complete with original scabbard, gift box, certification and all attachments for resale;
You have to contact customer support to apply for an official RMA authorization number before sending items back, parcels without valid RMA will be rejected by our warehouse;
Buyer bears all inbound & outbound international shipping cost, import duties and customs fees. Related freight will be deducted from refund amount.

4. Order Cancellation Terms

Unshipped order cancellation: 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your payment before refund;
Once parcel is dispatched, order cannot be canceled. All return freight and customs penalty from rejected delivery will be deducted from your payment.

5. Time Limit & Customs Disclaimer

After the 7-day post-delivery window expires, no aftersales request will be accepted. It is buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm local edged weapon import laws; we take zero liability for customs detention resulting from regional legal restrictions.
