By completing checkout and payment, you acknowledge you have fully read and agreed to all terms below. All swords, katanas, Longquan blades sold are ornamental collectibles & cosplay props for display only, not functional combat weapons.

1. Age Requirement
   All steel bladed items can only be purchased by buyers aged 18 years or older. Placing an order confirms you are a legal adult. Minors are prohibited from purchasing any metal swords. If buyer provides false age information, all customs seizure, fines, legal penalties shall be borne solely by purchaser; no refund or reshipment available.
2. Customs & Import Law Disclaimer (Core Clause)
   Buyer is fully responsible to verify local federal/state import laws on edged weapons before purchase. Import regulations vary widely across US states, Canada, EU countries.
   Any customs detention, confiscation, product destruction, return shipment, import duty, penalty fees shall be paid by customer entirely; we offer no refund or free reshipment for seized packages.
   All import tax, customs clearance cost is buyer’s expense; listed product price excludes any destination tax.
3. Product & Pricing
   All photos, dimensions, finish are for reference only. Hand-forged swords have minor natural craftsmanship difference, not defined as defective. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, shipping cost calculated separately by weight & destination country. All sharpened edges are mild craft sharpening for collection only.
4. Order, Payment & Cancellation
   Standard items ship within 1–5 business days after full payment; custom engraved/modified sword production takes 7–20 working days.
   Once shipped, order cannot be canceled. Unshipped canceled order will deduct 15% order amount as production cost penalty.
   We reserve full right to refuse, cancel suspicious, high-risk or restricted-area orders with full original payment refund.
5. Return & Refund Policy
   No Free Returns For Change Of Mind
   We DO NOT accept free return, refused delivery or buyer’s remorse refund for non-defective collectible swords due to high cross-border customs risk. If package is rejected by buyer at delivery, all return freight & customs cost will be deducted from payment balance.
   Valid After-Sales Only For Proven Damage
   Within 7 days after delivery: broken blade, missing accessories, wrong item shipped needs clear unboxing video proof. We can send replacement parts or exchange goods, all two-way international shipping fees paid by buyer.
   All custom-made swords (engraving, custom scabbard, bespoke blade): non-refundable under any circumstances once production starts.
   Returned goods must keep original scabbard, full accessories, intact condition without scratch to qualify inspection.
6. Safety Liability Release
   All edged collectibles are dangerous if misused. Keep away from children. Buyer shall not carry in public or use for fight. All personal injury, legal violation from improper storage/usage is customer’s sole responsibility, seller holds zero liability.
7. Intellectual Property
   All website pictures, descriptions, product design copyright belongs to store, no copy or reuse without written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
   We only collect necessary shipping info for order fulfillment, comply with GDPR & US consumer privacy rules, never resell customer private data.
9. Dispute Jurisdiction
   Any dispute shall be governed by seller’s registered region law after friendly negotiation.
