Description

process characteristics
Forging process: Using patterned steel as raw material, folding and forging over 6000 layers. Through repeated heating and forging, impurities are removed from the steel, resulting in uniform composition, dense structure, and refined grain size, thereby improving the performance of the steel.
Heat treatment process: Adopting the soil covering and blade burning process, the back and body of the blade maintain good toughness and hardness, making the entire blade both rigid and flexible. The blade edge undergoes repeated forging, annealing, quenching, tempering, polishing and other processes to form natural patterns, with good stability and the ability to break iron wires without damaging the blade.
exterior design
Blade: The overall streamlined design is like flowing clouds and water, with a blood groove located in the middle of the entire blade. After fourteen manual grindings, the forging pattern is clearly visible, like a dragon algae rainbow wave.
Equipment: Handmade relief made of brass, decorated with gold and silver patterns, cloud patterns, Tang grass patterns, symbol deformation patterns, loop patterns, etc. The first piece is embedded with all copper equipment and engraved with rolled grass patterns. The handguard, knife clip, and sheath are all made of pure copper material and carved with various patterns.
