General Katana Care Instructions:
A sword typically consists of three parts: blade, scabbard, and accessories. The main component, the blade, is primarily made of iron, steel, and copper. The scabbard is made of wood. To prevent rust, do not store the sword in a humid environment or expose it to acidic/salty substances. Avoid touching the blade with bare hands, as sweat can corrode the surface. Blades made of medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, and pattern-welded (Damascus) steel should be coated with anti-rust oil.
