Every step — from material selection, forging, tempering, polishing, and grinding, to final assembly — is completed entirely by hand. With a hardness of 60 HRC and a full-tang construction, the blade delivers exceptional structural strength, significantly enhancing the sword’s durability.

The surface is flawlessly smooth, highly polished, and razor-sharp, sharp enough to cut through bamboo, straw mats, and similar materials with ease.

The core component, the blade, is primarily made of iron, steel, and copper, while the scabbard is crafted from wood. To prevent rust, do not store the sword in humid environments or expose it to acidic or salty substances. Direct hand contact with the blade should also be avoided, as sweat can corrode its surface. Blades made of medium-carbon steel, high-carbon steel, or pattern-welded steel (Damascus steel) must be regularly coated with anti-rust oil.
